Red Wine, Mint and Herb Sauce is a traditional semi-sweet, medium rich sauce made with a generous 17% (de-alcoholized) red wine.  


Not overly sweet or minty and enhanced with delicate Rosemary, Thyme and Oregano background notes. 


We’re extremely pleased with this particular sauce and we’re certain it will prove to be a Cumbrian favourite!


No artificial ingredients, sweeteners or preservatives.
